You can place an order in our showroom, through our website or by sending us an email with the order details to hello@delo-design.com. In response, we will send you a commercial proposal and an invoice.

We work with 100% prepayment. To pay for an order placed through our website or email, you can use an invoice for legal entities or a payment link for individuals. In our showroom we accept bank cards and cash.

Delivery, unloading, lifting to upper floors, and assembly are not included in the price of the products.

By default, we organize delivery through one of the third-party transport companies we work with regularly. The customer needs to accept the shipment and pay for the delivery directly to the transport company — in cash upon receipt or by invoice in advance.

The cost of long-distance delivery depends on the size of the order and the distance of transportation. It is calculated by the transport company after picking up the goods. We can estimate the approximate cost after receiving the full order details.

We work with transport companies that have proven themselves to be reliable and punctual. However, the customer can arrange delivery through any company they find convenient, or pick up the goods from our production facility themselves.

Shipments are subject to mandatory insurance. In case of damage during delivery, the transport company compensates the customer. We either produce a new item/part or assist in finding a way to restore them remotely.

For delivery in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, we pack chairs in branded boxes, and the rest of the furniture in stretch wrap.

For long-distance transportation, additional packaging is required, which is not included in the furniture price and is calculated separately based on the destination and type of transportation. It consists of two types of dense polyethylene and stretch wrap and is designed to protect the cargo from scratches and minor mechanical damage. Individual packaging allows for compact arrangement of the cargo and reduces delivery costs by approximately 50%.

During the use of the products, the appearance of minor scratches and wear of the coating is inevitable. On fabrics, the appearance of folds, creases and pilling is acceptable.

The product is not intended for outdoor use.

Care:
- products with upholstery can be wiped with a damp cloth, cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, and dry cleaned
- not recommended: washing, wet cleaning, bleaching, ironing
- it is not recommended to place the product closer than 60 cm to a heat source
